بیماری پوسیدگی اسکلروتینیایی ساقه‌ی کلزا در استان گلستان

چکیده

پوسیدگی اسکلروتینیایی ساقه، مهم­ترین بیماری کلزا (Brassica napus)، در دنیاست که به­وسیله قارچ Sclerotinia sclerotiorum ایجاد می­شود. از نخستین سال­های رواج این گیاه روغنی در استان گلستان، بیماری یادشده نیز در مناطق گوناگون مشاهده گردیده و به تدریج در همه مناطق کشت کلزا در استان گسترش یافته است. جهت بررسی وضعیت آلودگی مزارع استان، طی دو سال زراعی 85-1384 و 86-85، وضعیت آلودگی 80 مزرعه در چهار شهرستان گرگان، علی آباد، کلاله و گنبد مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری داده­های بیماری بر اساس درصد بوته­های آلوده (I) و شدت متوسط بیماری (S) در هر مزرعه انجام گردید. نتایج نشان داد که اختلاف آلودگی مزارع در چهار منطقه یادشده، از لحاظI (P=0.05) و S (P=0.02) معنی­دار می باشد. کم­ترین و بیش­ترین میانگین درصد بوته­های آلوده به ترتیب در مناطق کلاله (7/10 درصد) و علی آباد (11/22 درصد) مشاهده شد، اما حداقل و حداکثر متوسط شدت بیماری به ترتیب در دو منطقه گنبد (6/5 درصد) و علی آباد (2/17 درصد) ثبت گردید. کم­ترین و بیش­ترین درصد بوته­های بیمار به ترتیب مربوط به منطقه گرگان در سال اول (1 درصد) و علی آباد در سال اول (5/81 درصد) بوده است، که ارقام یاد شده به ترتیب معادل 6/0 و 75/66 درصد شدت بیماری بوده­اند.

Sclerotinia stem rot (SSR), caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, is the most important
disease of canola (Brassica napus). This disease has been observed in different regions of
Golestan province since the first years of canola planting. In order to study of infection
situation of the fields in the province, disease evaluating was carried out in 80 fields in four
locations (Gorgan, Ali Abad, Kalaleh and Gonbad) during 2006 and 2007. Statistical analyses
of disease data were performed based on disease incidence (I) and mean severity (S) of the
fields. The results revealed that the incidence (P=0.05) and severity (P=0.02) are significantly
different in the four locations. Minimum and maximum of average incidence was observed in
Kalaleh (10.7%) and AliAbad (22.11%), respectively, but Minimum and maximum of mean
severity was recorded in Gonbad (5.6%) and Ali Abad (17.2%), respectively. Minimum and
maximum of disease incidence was observed in Gorgan in 2006 (1%) and Ali Abad in 2006
(81.5%), respectively, that were equivalent to 0.6% and 66.75% disease severity.
